Within the past 3 yrs I have succeeded to crawl out of a 20 yr dark hole to emerge and discover the beauty, wonder and blessings that each precious day and moment holds. I've allowed the light within to guide me and reveal to me what I need to do and what I need to release. It has and is showing me balance, peace and joy. I am humbled and eternally grateful.

thanks so much. It is more important now than ever that we pay attention to reality but don't let it define us. I work alot with clearing out old limiting stuck energy and re-visioning the future.....

Hi Tym,
Thanks for reaching out to me. I appreciate your honesty, that you can't fully understand what I'm going through. Neither can I, but I think that is how it should be.
I also have sort of crawled out of a dark place. Really, it was more of a loud, noisy place, full of bright lights and distractions, yet dark with respect to the inner lights. Perhaps we needed to go through those times to become who we are and to be receptive to what lies ahead.

Hi Tym! It's your buddy, Carrie Lee. It's definitely a go for my birthday weekend in Amherst. I reserved a room already for the two nights at the Amherst Motel -- a hop, step and jump from downtown. We even have an all night diner accross the street. Hopefully you and Martha can come and we can celebrate her birthday as well with Carlos' Hope girls. It will be a lot of fun!!!

I am up in vt at a family reunion. Being in nature is incredibly healing and rejuvenating....I am surrounded by 50 acres of amazing trees, gardens and birds. Hope you have time to be in nature.
